Know Thyself. Be Thyself.

Life, for me, was always an intense search for:

  1. Finding out who I really am

    and then

  2. Having the courage to live it fully

Visiting India in my 20s answered my first question when I had a clear realisation - I am free.

Ever since I returned, life has been answering the second part of this question on a moment to moment basis, meeting whatever arises in the challenges of daily human life.

Life is this ongoing, magical, mysterious journey to NowHere!

The Work of Byron Katie is an immense gift in my life for HOW to live Truth fully including how to love and meet reality and my whole Self (both the messy human part and divine nature) as it IS.

What I know for certain:

  1. Who we truly are, our original nature/true Self is always FREE.

  2. The only thing which could ever appear to inhibit this freedom, joy, love and peace … is a thought. Thankfully, it can be questioned/inquired into.

I love to meet other beings who feel called to something deeper in life than the usual desires. For me, there is nothing more exciting and precious than to BE and meet someone fully, just as they are. It takes alot of courage and humility to be willing to stop, be seen and look deeply within.

It is both a great privilege and joy to live and breathe self inquiry as a way of life, a way of Being and Seeing. As Socrates said so wisely - an unexamined life is truly not worth living. Katie also says it in a very beautiful, simple way - “a mediocre life is an amazing life!”

I am incredibly grateful to all of my teachers, past and present, for showing me the way Home.
