I don’t like to give myself any label because none of them are true.

I am simply mySelf.

I was a spiritual seeker for many years.

I am a lover of Self Inquiry and the Lightness of Being.

The Work of Byron Katie revealed to me how to live my life skillfully - one questioned thought at at time!

We meet in the heart space and see what wants to be expressed, met or released. It’s always perfect and it happens by itself.

I don’t do anything. I am not in control. I am very clear about that.

I finally learnt to trust this inner space and to allow the fullness of the silence to lead.

To discover your original nature and to live skillfully from this understanding is the greatest joy.
