How I work

I meet you as a mirror of my own Self. This means:

1. I know and see you as I see myself and as I know you to be - i.e.: that you are already Free and there is nowhere to get to because you’re already there.

2. We explore together the concepts that arise and the ways the thinking mind tries to prevent you from knowing what you already know. That’s why the work is really about unlearning in order to see clearly what is already there, already real and timelessly true.

Why offer Self Inquiry/The Work?

There is a simple answer which I realised one day - why not?

Beyond both why and why not, is the real answer.

Truthfully, the best way I can express it is because I love it. I love non-duality. I am passionate about Self Inquiry. I love The Work.

After questioning a lot of the beliefs about why I shouldn’t offer this work… I notice I am offering it.

I find the directness of inquiry to be the most fun way to live this life.
