Pregnancy Yoga

60 MINUTES CHF 130 • 90 MINUTES CHF 180

For many years I have specialised and had a special interest in supporting women by offering private yoga for pregnancy sessions.

We focus on yoga exercises to support your changing body as well as breathing exercises to deepen your relationship to the breath (prana) and to help prepare you for the birth.

Pregnancy is an intimate and special time for a mother and her baby. As your body changes, your relationship to life, your family, your partner and your baby deepens and takes on a new meaning. Life takes on a magical and new form.

At the same time, it can be a confusing and emotional time, bringing up old memories of your own childhood and the relationship you had to your mother/father and how you were parented. Pregnancy calls you to develop and hone your intuition and find your own, unique way with your child. Every mother and child relationship is completely unique.

Pregnancy / Post Natal Package

5 x 60 MINUTE SESSIONS CHF 595

In these sessions, we are able to work more deeply together. A new mother often experiences a lot of emotions, fears and doubts about the upcoming birth and role of being a new Mum. Old cellular memories and unconscious patterns can surface.

Nature knows what needs to be released in order that you are fully present and available for your newborn.

Similarly, after the experience of birth, it is essential that women take care of themselves, honouring and valuing their time and loving energy.

How you care and treat yourself becomes a living example/teaching for your child as you learn to lead by example.

Post Natal Yoga

60 MINUTES CHF 130 • 90 MINUTES CHF 180

I also offer private post natal yoga sessions for women who have had their baby and are wanting to support the body after a natural birth or caesarean.

Giving birth is a major rite of passage for women. For every woman, the experience between themselves and their child is totally unique.

Whether it is a natural birth or caesarean, energetically and physically it brings a lot of change and emotions. Women may experience many feelings from regret, doubt, grief, guilt or deep depression.

It is important for women to make peace with the birth they had.

Some women feel frustrated, angry or sad because it wasn’t the birth they longed for or they felt powerless in the moment to express what they needed. Many feel exhausted, lost and confused, frustrated at their body or perhaps even grieving their old life/energy levels or who they were before they had a baby.

This is always an invitation to call you home.

We work together to integrate your experience so you are reconnected to your true self again. We focus on exercises for both body and mind, so you may come to peace and acceptance.

For the body, we focus on exercises which strengthen the core, increase your energy levels and build your confidence and power again.

For the mind, we question the thoughts that you are believing about your birth or post baby life! It is never the situation that causes suffering; it is always what you are thinking and believing about it. The good news is that it means you can rewrite and tell a new story to one that is empowering and inspiring.

What if your birth was perfect?

The Truth is that your birth was perfect because that’s simply the way it was for you.

This way of seeing with curiosity and possibility opens the way for you to be at peace with what is. It frees up a lot of energy so that you may be more fully present and engaged with your baby and in your role as a mother/wife/partner.

It is a gift to yourself which extends to your entire family.

Kristina creates a beautiful space with her warm and affectionate way. Her relaxed, informal way of being is a delight and we had so much fun. I trust her completely with my baby and was able to completely relax.

Kristina was a treasure during my pregnancy. With the breathing exercises, she helped me to feel confident and empowered for the birth. I felt deeply connected to my body and its wisdom and I was able to really relax and trust the process. I loved our sessions; the yoga, the breathing and the deep relaxation and tenderness with which Kristina works. Thank you Kristina, you changed my life.
