Truth Reminders

  • You are Free. Right Here, Right Now exactly as you are. Notice that what prevents us from seeing this simple fact is often the thought - “but I don’t feel free!” Don’t reference feelings as any indicator of Freedom for they are unreliable and always subject to change. Freedom isn’t a feeling. It’s a fact.

  • The highest service/gift you can offer this world is to find out who you are. Seek first the Kingdom of God and all things will be added to you.

  • Truth includes absolutely EVERYTHING. No separation. No comparmentalisation or leaving out anything. Finally, something allows the full freedom to be ALL of you.

  • Stop. Be Still. And Know.

  • The real purpose of life is to BE and to wake you up, not to make the “false Self” happy. To awaken in each moment IS to realise the greatest joy and happiness.

  • No-one ever has any power over you. You are the Master. You have the answers. Great teachers will point you back to yourself.

  • You are That. You are not this or that. You are THAT. The timeless Truth. That which you seek. The light of this world.

  • All is forgiven. For in Truth, nothing ever happened but a story.

  • Everything that happens is FOR you. It’s never against the true you.

  • It’s not about right or wrong, good and bad, winning or losing. It’s not about duality at all. Rise above the apparent opposites.

  • Your mind tells you lies. The ego wants to live as a separate and fake/false identity. To question it is to see through the lies and discover what is eternally real.

  • There’s nowhere to get to. This is truly IT!

  • The ability to say Thank you, no matter the circumstances, is an act of Grace.

  • Humility is perhaps one of the greatest treasures of all.

  • To know your true Self, is to know God.

  • To not know anything is to deeply understand everything and all of Creation. The great un-create.

  • Throw out the borrowed ideas. Read, study and master the book of YOU so it becomes alive in you! It’s all you ever need to study to have what you really want; which is a beautiful and fulfilling life. A life of Truth. Freedom. Love. Beauty.

  • Never be afraid to be utterly alone. You’re in the best company.

  • When you Love yourSelf, you can naturally extend love to everyone. All are God in essence.

  • You don’t think thoughts. Thoughts appear. You are also not the Thinker of thoughts.

  • The ego loves to talk. The Spirit loves to listen.
