Being is Doing
All doing is an expression of Being.
The idea of a “doer” is the error; this error of judgement that there is a separate self “doing” something. This is the illusion we buy into.
When we do things from this state of mind - of a “doer” doing something, it arises with effort. We make it personal. We say “I did it.”
Yet in Truth, there is no separate self.
Doing actions, doing anything from a state of Being, it’s effortless. It happens by itself.
It’s running on source energy, on that intelligent life force; the same force that causes plants to grow and babies to form.
Why would it be any different for anything else?
Did you ever watch a child moving or doing things? They do so spontaneously.
The body moves. Do I call that a doing? Did I do it?
Or do I notice the source of where it arises from?
