Meditation in May

  • Do you need support with the discipline of a regular Meditation practice?

  • Would you like to experience the benefits of meditation in alleviating stress and tension and helping you to access joy, love and peace?

  • Are you interested in deepening your insights in meditation by joining in stillness with others?

Join me in May for a month of meditation.

You are free to drop in as it suits your schedule. We will meet every day at 6.30 CET for 60 minutes. If you can only join for the first 20-30 minutes, this is also fine. However, please arrive on time so we can start the session together.

There is no technique involved (this is not about concentrating or visualising; it’s about Being which is your natural state)!

No previous experience is required and there is nothing special you need to do. Just come and BE!

All are welcome to join.

If you have an existing meditation practice, it works alongside this and may help to deepen your insights.

How it works

  1. To attend, please contact me on kristinawirz@pm.me and I will share the zoom link with you.

  2. Please make the payment and transfer the suggested donation or amount you like to offer via TWINT or bank transfer.

  3. I will open the room 10 minutes prior to give you some time to settle in. Please arrive on time. We will sit in silence. I may offer some words if they spontaneously arise.

  4. I will open and close the meditation with a sound.
